The new NESD email address, toll-free phone number, and weblink will be available for requestors seeking service desk support on 30 March 2024. In preparations for this change, we request any current help desk contact information to be changed wherever the information appears on your website, portal, communication products, and program messaging by 30 March 2024 date.
The methods for contacting the NESD for the above NETC Application issues are as follows:
***To avoid delays, you must include the system/application name in the Subject line.
***DO NOT send e-mails from personal, work, or school e-mail accounts. You must use your .mil e-mail address to conduct official business with the Service Desk.
*** DO NOT send PII or Classified information via e-mail.
